Hi cabaker,
Maybe my questions are simple, but after what events or changes did this happen?
If the local display is connected using a cable with an RJ-45 connector, tried to disconnect it and reconnect it?
Probably, your cooling unit is on warranty support? Have you contacted the local Schneider Electric technical support on this issue?
With respect.

I thought the display was hard wired and now see the RJ-45. After unplugging and re plugging issue is resolved. Now that i feel like a dummy. Thank you and have a great day.
