Dear John Beck,
Hence, there is no bug in the gateway software, just need to keep the firmware of the devices up to date 😀.
Thanks for the good feedback.

The following are screenshots with regards to a temperature probe and with regards to the date of our UPS and its batteries:
This is from EcoStruxure IT:
This is from EcoStruxure IT:
This is from the Network Management Card on the UPS itself:
So the ambient temperature isn't 170.6 degrees F.
This is from EcoStruxure IT:
This is from the Recertification Report of the UPS from a Schneider Electric Technician:
In fact, I was onsite in 2013 when this UPS was started. So it isn't 7.38 years old and the batteries aren't 17.45 years old.

Dear John Beck,
Ok, very thanks for the information.
After updating the firmware of the NMC, has something changed in the gateway software? Or all also you have the above bugs?
With respect.

This is very strange, since I, for example, have the same gateway software, the same NMC firmware, but I have a Smart-UPS VT 40kVA. And I have temperature readings in Celsius.
I do not have the above bugs, i.e. in the gateway software I have the right temperature, the correct age of the UPS and batteries:

Then I re-ran the discover and the Temperature Probe Temperature was correct but the Battery Age and the UPS Age were still wrong - see the following:

So, either I as the customer, or an APC (Schneider Electric) Field Engineer needs to check this during the Semi-Annual or Annual PM's that are performed on this UPS (such as the Annual PM we had last week on Wednesday 9/5/18).

Yes, of course, besides the firmware of your UPS (not the NMC) is also very outdated. But only APC (Schneider Electric) Field Engineer can update the firmware of the UPS.
You as a customer should and can keep it under control.
