upgrading DCE to v7.4.3 and ACRD to aos390_acrptk374 did not solve the issue

Dear Everard Eduard,
I suspect, that the problem is in the DDF-file for this device. Most likely, it is necessary to create an appropriate Request modification on Device Support (if there is no more recent DDF-file without this mistake), so that the DDF-team corrects this mistake.
With respect.

Hello,
Can you tell me which DDF is used for this device?
Why are DDF's for Schneider Electric devices not kept updated.
Regards,

Dear Everard Eduard,
Based on the screen shots, the DDF file "Schneider ACRD2G" version 11 is used for this device. Please generate a WALK file using the instrcutions given in the following link, https://dcimsupport.apc.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=106207968 and send it to us while you create a request in device support. The WALK file will be the key to debug this issue.
With respect.

Hi,
Where do you see that "Schneider ACRD2G" version 11 is used ?
I checked the backup, there is no DDF with this name.
Please send me the latest version.

Hi,
It isn't a 2G InRow because it uses aos390_acrptk374 !!!
