I am attempting to register my StuxureOn Gateway. I am using the 'Register' shortcut under More... > Registration. After entering all of my information (Company, name, email, etc...) I get the following error
"Registration failed! This may be due to a wrong or already used registration code for the Gateway/Data Center Expert. Try repeating the process or contact support"
I have never used this registration, I only installed it today. I don't have a specific device to open support for, so contacting support seemed unhelpful. Can anyone explain why this might be happening?

Hi Rodney,
Are you entering your information on the struxureon.com/manage/register page? The most recent version of the Gateway is 1.1.2.25. You can download it EcoStruxure IT.
In the Gateway, open More…> Registration and select Register to start the registration of your organization and connect your Gateway.
NOTE: The registration takes place in the management web interface. If you want to register from another machine, you can register by copying the code and entering it at struxureon.com/manage/register.

If you use the latest version of SxOn GW, as Jackie Lehr writes, and the error still exists, then you need to open a support ticket.
Exactly the same error has already been published in topic .

The steps that Jackie provided are not what I was looking for. I know how to register the product, it is very straight forward. For some reason it just does not allow me to due to the error that I provided. I am using the latest version.
I did do as you suggested and opened a ticket but never received a response and looking at my requests it doesn't show that I ever opened one. I tried to open another ticket but got some ridiculous error when submitting the request.
I have officially given up. Thanks for attempting to assist.
