Importing equipment from Excel sheet

One more question about import...

I'm getting error message trying to import equipment from Excel file...

Is this message Ok ?   In the video tutorial there is a beautiful table showing with detailed report about importing issues reason... 

There is this log located?

We have recently noticed that the excel import feature in 7.4 requires an Energy Efficiency license, otherwise the excel import will fail.

This will be fixed in the future release.

For the time being, please contact the tech support, they will provide you the required patch.

Hi William, It is highly recommended to upgrade to the latest version (currently DCO 7.5), which also contains the required enhancement. I have send you an email that contains both patch files and the installation guide.
