ITOptimize Installation and Licensing

Dear Team,

We have recently upgraded one of our customers SXW DCO to v.8.2.1. However am not able to see ITOptimize windows setup server application, kindly assist with the download link as I am having difficulties getting it from local Schneider support team.

Also, if we upgrade DCO licence to 20Racks yet ITOptimize is still 10Racks license why am I not able to add rack equipment on the other additional 10Racks?

Hi Mashwiz,

8.2.1 is many versions behind and its product download site has been removed long time ago. By policy the latest release (currently 8.3.2) should be available and recommended to be used for product upgrade(s) (both for DCO and ITO).

Licenses in DCO are rack based. You will need the same amount of licenses for all modules, if you have a license type with a lower amount of supported racks than other, then this may prevent you from adding to your inventory.

You are most welcome. 8.3.2 product download site contains installation files both for DCO and ITO. Please contact the local tech support for the product download info, be prepared that they may ask for a valid support contact, thanks.
