ITO Log Files

Hi,

Where can I download the log files for ITO server? I am having some problems with ITO. Should I download it from ITO server itself or I should see them under DCO server?

Hi Kaan,

DCO server logs should contain the ITO logs as well. However ITO logs can also be collected from the ITO-server:

https://:8090/, logon as apc/apc, click "system settings", then from the pop-up window click the "support" tab, then the "download..." button... you'll be asked to save the customer-support.zip file which contains the console log files.
