ITE not picking up Dry Contact sensors on a Netbotz 750
Hi,
My client is running ITE (gateway v1.7.0.64) and has integrated a Netbotz 750 (firmware v5.2.0) solution. The issue we are having is that all the 6 dry contact sensor on the integrated sensor pod are not being picked up on ITE. We are able to see all other sensor (apart from the cameras and the dry contacts). The netbotz solution also has 5 sensor pods with door contact sensors and spot fluid sensors.
The 750 appliance has 2 leak ropes, 4 camera pod 165s and the 6 dry contacts monitoring the 2 x generators. Note that all sensors are working as they should on the Netbotz. It is only on ITE that the dry contacts are not being picked up.
