Please support the Software IT Advisor website, in the sustainability metrics option (PUE) it cannot be displayed, it hangs. I am sending image 1.
I am also sending system information. We are on version 9.5 and we need to know what the recommended RAM requirements are (image 2).
Regards
Caroll

Hi Caroll,
It might be browser related, you might want to refresh the page and/or start the browser in Incognito mode (in Chrome click on the top-right 3 dots, select 'New Incognito window'.
Or maybe it just takes some time to load the data.
Or maybe the configured energy system is broken or something (you need to check it in desktop client).
Kind regards,
Jef

It is reported that the cache memory was cleared, it was validated from an incognito browser, and from another browser and the problem remains. All users have the same problem
It is mentioned that through the desktop client the EE configuration DOES load, however through the browser this sustainability metrics option (PUE) is not loading
Note:
We currently have the system requirements declared:
RAM: 64 GB, CPU: 8, DISK: 600 GB
The ITA backup weighs 22 GB
and the total ITA disk is consuming something like 358 GB, as shown in the image

Hi Caroll,
Thanks for the info,
Then I guess it might be due to the size of the historical data (over the past many years).
If possible, try to test this using a test server,
In desktop client, in Tools > Preferences > Capacity History
you can clear old data
Note: this action will permanently clear historical data and it cannot be undone. Save a backup file (just in case) before running this action.
We do not need to delete/clear all of the history record but perhaps we can keep the last 1 to 2 years if/when the data is quite old (image illustrating keeping the data for the last 1 year).
Kind regards,
Jef

Hi Caroll,
You would also need to check if the 'Enable KPI' is checked (enabled).
in Tools > Preferences > Capacity History
Enable it (check it) if needed and then click the OK button, that should start the KPI jobs. It may take some time to finish the job, you might want to check the web-client the next day and see if that helped.
Kind regards,
Jef
