Hi people!
I`m trying to configurate SMTP server to ITAdvisor, but i had already tested smtps below and no one works.
Gmail
Hotmail
Office365
Outlook
All of them give me the message to see log file to know what`s is wrong, but i cant find that log in webmin.

What error are you seeing? Is it a proxy error or some other error.
I can tell you some public smtp engines have moved to a more secured approach where for example to use google's smtp.gmail.com from ITA, we had to register a smtp application password in the gmail security settings to use smtp (noted here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185833?hl=en) . This means you'd use your gmail user and the defined application password in the smtp settings view.
I would not be surprised if microsoft and the other vendors mentioned below have similar requirements now.

I`ve had already tried to use gmail app password and create a new account without 2-step verification to use the e-mail password, in all cases i have the error below:
Unable to send test email. This can be caused by relay restrictions. See the server log file for more information.
I`ve had already tried too use smtp tools like Sendgrid and Mailgun, same error.

I didn't see a screenshot or log files in your previous post but that being said if you are planning to share log files and detailed info please send them via support@ecostruxureit.com or open a ticket via the help center (https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us) and attach the log files.
This forum is a public space, so log files should be shared to the support platform which is more private.
