ACRD301s sensors not shown in ITA

Hi team,

we have a deploy with ITA 9.3.0 and DCE 7.9.0 with inrow cooling units model ACRD301S. We are using DDFs ACRD2G v14 and ACRC301 v16. In DCE we see properly all the sensors but in ITA we do not see any sensor from these devices.

We have another issue in DCE, we receive the alarm "Device status may be inaccurate because an attempt to transfer a device definition file (DDF) failed"  in these inrows. We have the FTP server available in the inrows and also in DCE the Device File Transfer Settings configured for these inrows with their user/pass.

Hi Javier,

Concerning the problem in ITA, eg. device (ACRD301S) sensor data not be displayed, this could be a DDF related issue as ITA gets the device sensor data from the integrated system (DCE). You might want to contact the device support team for new DDF file, it can be requested via the webform here: https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000111657
