Hi Team,
I am trying to install IT Optimize on a (virtual) Windows 2008 R2 server. I have configured the 'ito' user to have Administrator rights and also to allow "Logon on as a service".
When the installer gets to the credentials dialog, there is no way to enter the password and the workgroup. It seems like the window is resized wrongly or is to small.
There is no way to maximise or resize the dialog. I have also tried to run the virtual machine in full screen in various resolutions. For reference, here is how the dialog should look like:
(Screenshot from video on EcoStruxure IT Help Center)
Tapping from the username field, jumps to the Back button.
Any ideas how to solve this?
Thanks,
Christian

Hi Christian,
The issue is indeed what Valentin mentioned above. We just tested it on W2008 R2 virtual machine and noted that it only works fine with the display set to "Smaller - 100% (default)". Setting it to Medium or Larger doesn't display all the fields in the modal ITO setup window as noted by you.
Thanks

Hi Cris!
It seems like you use big size text settings in your OS.
Try to set it to small size, I hope it will help.
Unfortunately I have no W2008 at hand, so cant say where it placed. In W7 it in Display group of Control Panel.
I suppose W2008 have similar path.
