Error with the Eaton G3 PDU : The PDU management web interface is not displayed and displays a blank page instead.
The problem is in the Eaton management web interface from DCE via the integrated proxy to DCE.
Background of the network architecture :
The network architecture is :
- Network card nۡ1: Connected to the internal network
- Network card nۢ2: Connected to the network PDU in order to isolate them.
Therefore, this architecture means that to access the management web interface of PDU from the customer internal network, it's necessary to go through the integrated Data Center Expert proxy.
When trying to connect to the management web interface these PDU without using Data Center Expert, it works correctly.
Is this a known issue ? Is there a solution ?

Hi Ricardo,
K-base FA239966 notes this issue. Any launching of active-X controls or scripts that call either controls or requests download of any object is blocked by DCE. It is indeed a known issue and the only way around this is to either view it from a private LAN computer or to put the device on the public LAN.

HI Ricardo!
I have similar issue with Emerson CRAC units. It uses AJAX and js scripts.
I suppose, that the problem is in DCE proxy or browser rules which blocks script execution.
I cant find workaround for this issue and we move CRAC units to public LAN and connect to management interface without DCE.

Hi Ricardo Barros
Few days ago, I've update DCE to V7.3 and add some emerson CRACs to it at one site. It have been added succesfully and shows web-interface correctly.
Seems like there are some changes about dynamic element in new version.
