Hello
I have these two Pdu models .They have an internal sensor but I can't show the values in DCO.
With an external Sensor plugged on the pdu it's ok.
Thank you for you help.

Dear MANCINO Rocchino,
The internal temperature sensor is displayed in DCE software?
If not, then you need to create modify request the corresponding DDF-file.
With respect.

Dear MANCINO Rocchino,
In this case, perhaps this is a similar problem, the answer to which Moloy Das published in topic :
This looks like an issue with the DCO support, to give DCO support we create a patch file which is not provided to the customer unless he specifies that he needs DCO support. This patch file when applied in DCE might fix the issue you're facing.
I.e., I hope that the DDF team here at EcoStruxure IT will help you, and will develop an XML patch file for DCO software for your 3-rd party IBM rPDU.
With respect.

Hi MANCINO Rocchino,
Please raise an 'Update request' under this model name and we'll look into it.
