May I know how can I delete a corner point after it has being added in DCO ?

Hello Francis. Which version of DCO are you using? I have had some luck removing corners when pulling old corners on top of other near-by edges.
For example. To remove the two circled corners. Take the mouse and grab the wall between the circles and move it left to make it even with the other walls.
Now that its even you can grab the lower circled corner and drag it on top of the top
The corners should disappear. To remove a single corner in a wall, I had to add a second corner above or below the original corner then perform the above steps moving one corner over the other to make it disappear.
I agree with Avinash, probably needs a closer look as this took some patience.

Many thanks for posting here. We confirm that corner points are unable to delete from DCO. Reported this issue ( Internal reference DCO-10225). Will update here when its fixed.

Yes you are right. It can be done this way. But only managed to removed the corner after moving it around a number of times in different direction and it is not so straight forward.
Until the issue has being fixed, your suggestion is the only alternative.
