I requested a Eaton 9130 DDF

I put the request in on Jan/2017 and shows pending information as of Oct/2017. What's the next step?

I assume you have a typo on the date and you meant 2018 😀

I've looked up that request and it's status (Pending Information) means that the original requester never came back to elaborate on their need thus the DDF team can't proceed.

In your specific case, the DDF team will contact you if they need more from you. (Most likely they will). Please get back to them when they do, so they can create the DDF.
