Hi Pablo,

I see that you're already working with our tech support too. I'm not going to get into troubleshooting here as there is already a case open but I can say that I am not seeing what you say you are seeing. For some reason, I can't see your screenshots but hopefully you can see mine. Perhaps it is a rights issue, I don't know. Tech support should be able to assist more.

Sorry, but I still can not understand the essence of your question. That is, you got a critical alarm on one NetBotz-4.x, but on all the others, just a warning? Do I understand correctly?

The problem is in writing the comments. Not in the alarms themselves.
The netbotz has the latest version 4.6 and the DCE version is 7.7.0

Ok, please tell us which NetBotz appliance model (not firmware) for the first screenshot (where it is impossible to enter a comment)? And what model (not firmware) of NetBotz for your second screenshot (where you can enter a comment)?
