Hi Carsten,

I'm copying/reusing a similar answer from another post 😀

In general, if you are unable to find your device in the Genome Library, then I would suggest:

  1. post a request here: http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices, so the Device Support team can capture the request and create/add the item for the next Genome update.
  2. as a work-around, for the time being you might want to find a similar device (from the Genome Library), and then customize it in your Genomes (most common changes/customization, additional to its General description,  could be device physical & power settings).
