Hello,
Is there an updated Modbus TCP or SNMP DDF file to see all Symmetra MW sensors in StruxureWare?

Hi Manuel,
Goto Device Support and search for the device, and click on "I Want it Too" to get the latest ddf.
Thanks,

Dear Manuel,
It is recommended to discover the Symmetra MW via Modbus Over TCP option in DCE software to view the parameters in DCE software for Symmetra MW UPS. As far as I know, Symmetra MW UPS parameters can not be monitored via SNMP as the way we do via Modbus RS485 or RTU.
You need to use the Symmetra MW UPS's Modbus RS485 connectivity option. Symmetra MW UPS needs to be discovered in Struxureware DCE software by using Modbus Over TCP option. You will need Modbus RS485 to Modbus Over TCP converter to discover the Symmetra MW in DCE to view all the parameters.
As you can see, Symmetra MW Modbus DDF file is already present in DCE software.
Regards,
Bala
