I add the device and run it in DCE however it still does not populate to the proper group. it stays in saved discoveries..
Is there any videos available to reference?

Hello,
If you're looking for a video on how to discover a device, we have one in k-base FA177081. If the device does not either add to the proper group, can you see it in "All Devices" maybe it is not adding which may mean you're not using the proper parameters for discovery. It could also be that the device has already been discovered and will not discover a second time. Either way, I'd start by searching in all devices for the device IP, then if it's not there, double check the IP, community names, etc.
