Hi,
Yesterday I updated NRK0550's firmware and client to the latest version V4.5.3, But I found no way to update the firmware of NBWC100U and NBWS100T(H) in AV.
The firmware status is 'Ready to apply",But the menu "Apply firmware updates" is unclickable.
Could anybody give me a guidance on it ?
Thanks very much.

Dear Eric,
It normally takes a longer period for the Apply Firmware update option to be shown on the Advance view. You may need to wait at least 12 hours for this option to enable. Kindly refer the following DCIM support page for upgrading the wireless sensor firmware.
https://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/public/UANB44/Wireless+Sensor+Firmware+Update
One or more USB Coordinator & Router (NBWC100U) as Routers and one or more Wireless Temperature Sensors (NBWS100T/NBWS100H) as End Devices, the file transfer takes 12 hours longer than the time shown in the message per model. For example, with a USB Coordinator & Router (NBWC100U) as the Coordinator, and 10 Wireless Temperature Sensors (NBWS100T/NBWS100H) on the network, it will take 14 1/2 hours to load the firmware update files (15 minutes x 10 devices = 150 minutes + 12 hours) .
The active Apply Firmware Update button indicates the Coordinator has loaded the files on at least one Router or End Device. The Firmware Status column in the Wireless Sensor Setup window indicates the state of the firmware for each device on your network. It is best to wait until all the devices on your wireless network report their status as Ready to apply before you click the Apply Firmware Update button. Otherwise, you must apply the firmware update again and again until all the devices are
updated.
After you click the Apply Firmware Update button to initiate the update for all the devices on your wireless network, the update takes up to one hour.
There is an internal K-base document available which can help you to manually update the firmware on NetBotz wireless sensors. Please let me know your email address so that I can send the instructions to your email address.
Regards,
