I'm asking for information how to track create/update/delete equipment operations in DCO. I can't find anything in DCO logs and DCO documentation,

Try the "Audit Trail" reports (desktop client, Analytics Reports -> Audit Trail)

Hi Dmitry, The Audit Trail report is part of the Change Module. You need a Change Module license in order to enable this feature.
