Hi Mariusz,
There are two options:
1) If it is the monthly newsletter that you would like to unsubscribe from, you just have to click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter.
2) If it is emails about activity in the forum, you can click the 'Topics' tab to see what topics you are following, and either 'Watch' or 'Unwatch' the individual topics (tags). If you watch a topic you will receive an email every time a question is asked on that topic.
