I cannot find where to import excel data into Struxureware DCO 8.2, it was a normal function in 7.X under the file- import tab, does anyone know where this is moved to?

You have to Edit the StruxureWare Data Center Operation ini file. in the
installation directory of DCO client application (e.g. C;\Program Files
\StruxureWare Data Center Operation xx.x\application)
Please remove comment (# character) from the beginning of this line:
-Dexcel.importer.enabled=true
