How to create a new customer account in ITA9.4

I found the option to activate a customer account in the ITA9.4 web client, but I cannot find how to create a customer account.And it is also difficult to find how to create a customer account when logging in from the client side.

Hi Fred,

 

In earlier versions of ITA up to 9.4.0, adding customers can be done via REST api, here is an article describing how to do it:

From ITA 9.4.1, you can now add Customers in web client (new feature):

Hello

 

In ITA 9.4.2 through 9.4.4 you can click the add customer button circled below from the customers view of the ITA web client UI to add new customers to ITA.

Or you may optionally do this via REST api's but most customers find the above button easier.

I realized after my comments you are running ITA 9.4. Not a newer ITA release. The add button I posted is in the newer ITA 9.4.x releases. You can choose to upgrade or you'd have to use REST api's to add customers to ITA.
