Hi,

EcoStruxure IT > alarms > alarm notification page not loading all the alarm policies.

Page doesn't load all the alarm policies automatically, in order to see all, I need to scroll up and down for the policies to load.

Hi @Jureno241,

Most, if not all, pages within ITE will only load so many results until you scroll down.  This is likely by design so the APIs don't get hammered with too many requests each time the pages load. 

How many notification policies do you have defined under "Alarm Actions"?  Would any other possible enhancements to this page resolve the issue of not loading all results on page load?  Possibly a search bar or something instead?  Just trying to understand how you are using the page as well to ensure that I pass over a clear picture on your use of the page to product management for consideration as an enhancement in ITE.

Hi Cory,

We have close to 50 policies at the moment and it will be a lot more in the near future.

I am not sure if the search bar will find the policies that are not yet loaded though but I think it would be a good option to have either way.

I'm happy to report that they were able to quickly add a search bar to this page as part of the current development cycle and the change is live!  You will need to ensure to name your policy's accordingly as the search bar searches the name of the policies.  From my testing, the search bar appears to search the policies that have yet to be loaded as well.
