How to backup and restore Struxureware portal configuration file

Hi Soren

I got some problem. When i try to DB back-up of Portal.

First  I couldn't find DB is named "lportal "

I am attached my screen shot

Also when i try to connect to the server (Double click it ), The server ask for password  

Let me know the solution for solve it

Database backup

Using pgAdmin

1. Start pgAdmin (Windows: Navigate to Start -> All Programs -> PostgreSQL 9.1 -> and launch pgAdmin III )
2. Select Servers -> Databases -> lportal (if asked for password please contact EcoStruxure IT Help Center)

I've send you the password for your setup offline.

Once the connection is setup (in screenshot I have pgAdmin in the same machine as the portal server)

And the servers section will then show the list of databases

Will this provide a full backup of the portal, both content and configuration?

Not from the Portal installation it self. However using a 3rd party backup application for database/file backup I would expect this to be standard functionality.
