HA BATTERY_CELL component device was detected but is not supported or A BATTERY_BLOCK component device was detected but is not supported

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to sync the IT Gateway to IT Expert (SCP) and when I'm checking the log from the IT Gateway, I do have some errors like this:

A BATTERY_CELL component device was detected but is not supported

A BATTERY_BLOCK component device was detected but is not supported

I did search in the KB and this forum and nothing with these errors.

Can someone help me ? Is it to tell the battery is dead ?

Thanks

HI @DanielB,

The error you see is discussed on this page: Troubleshooting Gateway discovery failure

It's likely that those devices aren't supported.

You can search the report and the device library release notes linked on this page to see if the device is supported.

Otherwise, you may want to request support to answer your questions more thoroughly.
