Genomes category

Hi,
I'm having an issue with my Genomes.

Every now and then a new category is created.
The new category name is “rackmount import DATEFORMAT”

Any idea?
Is there a way to avoid that?

Hi Amit,

If your are running earlier version of DCO (such as 7.5, that is unsupported), then please upgrade to the latest release (currently 8.2.7).

I have never heard of such issue/notification, that doesn't seem to be a known issue.

However, if you are running DCO 8.2.x and having that issue, then please provide more details, screen capture(s) illustrating the problem and a copy of the backup file plus server logs. I can send you an invite to my =S= box, so the data safely can be shared with me, if you would?
