In Europe, all these are EOS.
Any newer modems we can use?
(Got the Multitech MTC-H5-B03, doesnt work with Netbotz 570)
Ive got customers that want a powerful DCIM combined with SMS function for the 24/7 emergency SMS function. Been looking for a compatible modem now for at least a year.
Any comments or should i try other brands for DCIM?

Hi Adam, I have no detail at this point but it is my understanding that they will be testing a new multitech modem for the next release of Botzware. Keep an eye out for that and check the release notes for the modem sku. We will update the k-base as well but that may not be as quick. As for what is supported now, the k-base noted previously is all that has been tested. Steve
