hello all
I need your help. I did the installation of the DCO client 7.5 on a windows 7 laptop, but it doesn't launch, it keeps loading and it never connects.
Unfortunately I don't have access to the laptop as it belongs to a manager, I only have available his application log which mainly contains the following lines.
I appreciate your help or suggestions. We're in the same network and I don't have this issue in my laptop, his installation is fresh but is displaying this error. Any hint of what would be the problem (network, operating system, client, etc, is appreciated)
Thanks

I have met the same issue. As Jef mentioned, it is network problem. I reset my network as follows.
Step 1) Turn off the McAfee firewall
Step 2) Reset NIC
Step 3) only then I started my DCO and DCE running on VMware workstation
the DCO client runs without any problem. Thanks
