Please advise where I'm going wrong in this Excel load.
P.S. The backup of my DCO model is about 350MB so uploading may be difficult

Hi Ed It seems that PDM3532IEC is the model name of a breaker module - but it should be a breaker in the setup you are using in the template.xls file. If D/A-4/Z1 is a modular PDU, you should use the sheet "Modular PDU example" in the downloadable template as the template sheet instead - otherwise the breaker model name must identify a breaker, e.g. like model name "32A 3P Generic Breaker". The bad error message will be fixed in the next release. Regards, Ulrik

Hi Ed
The error could indicate that there is an issue with either the model name of the rack-mount PDU or the breaker model name. Could you export the custom catalog via File -> Export -> Genomes and attach that - then we can try to find out?
Regards,
Ulrik
