Error upgrade ver 7.2.7 to 7.3.1

I upgraded a Server DCE ver 7.2.7 to ver 7.3.1. After the upgrade completes, the pictures of 9 miniature cameras are darks. (the license is for 10 cameras).  I can see only one camera at a time.
 
These cameras worked perfectly before upgrading.

                  kindly verify your camera license option should be enable for more troubleshooting please use below tips in attached link.
