DCO stalls on startup
My DCO installs fine, but when I go to run it the program always hangs on the "Loading Base Model Services" step. After hanging for a couple minutes it will give me the error "An exception occurred - the application will be shut down. Unable to subscribe for events. Cannot find a server to failover onto. There are too many failovers." I can startup just fine on someone else's machine with my account. There are other users with the same firewall settings as my machine, and they all can startup fine. I have tried running DCO with full privileges as well as uninstalling and reinstalling.

Hi,
It seems to be network related, eg. DCO-client routing issue between your workstation and DCO server. Even though you might be on the same "network" as other operating clients, your workstation might be using a different route, and/or perhaps running antivirus (with firewall) that might be interfering with the communication.
By the way, I understand you are running one of the earlier versions of DCO (7.4), it is highly recommended to upgrade/move the product to the latest version (currently DCO 8.0.2). You might want to give it a try (eg. fresh installation of 8.x and then restoring the latest 7.4 backup).
DCO 8.x is really great and contains also huge improvements for the client-server communication.
