Hi John,
Yes it is possible to calculate the PUE without metered Rack PDU's. The Rack PDU's are usually used to calculate the IT-load. So if you have another way getting the IT-load is it just as good.
You can also put in static value for the IT-load, but this is not recommended since the IT-load is a very important parameter in the PUE calculation.
Thanks
Jesper

Hi John, It should be possible to use the power measurements on the PDPM as the IT-load. Could be that there is something else wrong? What happens when you evaluate the PUE inside the EE client? Do you get an error message? If you get an error will the text in the top line in bold usually indicate where the error might be. The EE system should also follow the other guidelines mentioned. Another thing that sometimes cause problems is that a PDU needs to have both estimated and measured data. It can be a little tricky to configure EE. If you have a large system you are trying to configure then start out small and make sure the EE system can be evaluated. Then add a few devices at a time to ensure that the system still can be evaluated. Hope this was to some help. Otherwise maybe you can show the error you see. This might help analysing the error. Thanks Jesper
