EcostruxureIt Gateway where do you load a new DDF

i have downloaded the Eaton UPS XML file for the EcostruxureIt gateway, however cannot locate where you would load the file.  The customer has 4 x Eaton UPS models, that are reporting to the EcostruxureIT Cloud, however no sensor data.

Where do you load the eatonups.xml file.  Pleanty around requesting a ddf, however nothing around how to apply it.  Could not find a menu option on the Gateway.

Hi Warren,

The DDFs you can download are for DCE only.  At the moment, there is no way to upload DDFs directly into EcoStruxure IT Expert.  New DDFs are delivered as part of a Gateway software upgrade.  This is something we are planning on changing in the future.  Please file a support request that includes the Gateway serial and we can figure out why there is no sensor data showing up.  Sorry for the confusion, the DDF download page is not very clear and will also get some changes soon.
