Hi team,
we have a customer with IT Expert and IT Gateway and it has a lot of alarms of lost network connections with the devices. We would like to increase the timeout in these monitored devices, but we do not see this option in the gateway or in Ecostruxure IT Expert.
Is it possible to increase the timeout in IT Expert? In DCE at least is possible.

Timeouts and retries between the gateway and end devices can be adjusted within the Gateway interface:
