Hi Team
I received the above error the other evening and could not login into the desktop client either.
I had the server rebooted and was able to connect/login.
I checked the logs after and I getting the below error logged every 30 seconds give or take.
10/31/22 11:50:05.904 ERRR - Error handled: 500 null

For issues where complex investigation into what may be causing an issue to occur, including log file analysis, please reach out to technical support. Hopefully your situation is resolved by now, but wanted to reach out and provide yourself and others with guidance if they run into this issue as well.
