Hi Team,
Easy question: does the option Login with Ecostruxure IT works for Ecostruxure IT Advisor cloud-based ? and if it does where do you set the rights for that user ?

Hello Cees
Yes.
Hosted IT Advisor customers can be configured to use the "Logon to EcoStruxure IT" to logon to ITA. This is in fact the default for newly created/installed hosted ITA customers. This means those customers must also register themselves in the ITE platform, whether or not the actually plan to use ITE.
Today, this process is a bit manual today in that the user account must be manually created in ITA, the account in ITA must match their ITE username, and you must check the "Force user to use Single Sign On" seen when you edit the user's properties (see attached screenshot). The ITA server also needs to be registered/linked to the customers ITE organization but this normally occurs when hosted ITA customers are on-boarded.
There are plans to automate the link between ITA and ITE in the future so the ITA based user accounts are created automatically.
Regards
Greg Sterling
