Following an upgrade of the gateway to the latest version I am now unable to run discoveries.
I get at least 2 issues.
When I go to the discoveries page or try to run a discovery I get this error:
{ "data": { "status": 500, "code": 500, "message": "Internal Server Error", "source": "Unknown name value [3] for enum class [com.se.common.model.Severity]; nested exception is java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown name value [3] for enum class [com.se.common.model.Severity]" }, "status": 500, "config": { "method": "GET", "transformRequest": [ null ], "transformResponse": [ null ], "headers": { "Accept": "application/json, text/plain, */*", "Accept-Language": "en_US" }, "timeout": 600000, "url": "rest/discoveries/status" }, "statusText": "Internal Server Error" }
I tried to delete all the saved discoveries but 2 of them will not delete. If I try I get the same error.
I cannot edit those discoveries either.
Can you advise how to resolve this please?

You might want to try to close your browser and clear its cache. Then retry.
If that does not work can you get the following information.

No luck with clearing the browser cache.
I upgraded from 1.3.2.11 (I think) to 1.4.

Dear Garry Priestland,
You can show a couple of screenshots with parameters and results of discovering?
You can immediately after the appearance of the above error, download and analyze the log-files of your EcoStruxure IT Gateway?
If everything is so bad, you will probably have to uninstall the non-working version of the EcoStruxure IT Gateway software and perform a clean installation of the latest version of the EcoStruxure IT Gateway.
With respect.

Hi Garry,
I had a quick look at the provided install.log, and it appears the installation/upgrade have been successful (without any errors). (it would have been great if the console logs were included as well). Wondering if you still have the issue(s), or perhaps restarting the server/services might have resolved the issue... If the issue is unresolved, can you please open a ticket for it (report it via your App), thanks.
Kind regards
