EcoStruxureIT desktop client crashes

I`ve updatet EcoStruxureIT from Version: 9.3.2 to 9.3.11 and the DesktopClient (Mac) failed to launch.

I have also uninstalled and deleted all directories.
Any ideas or suggestions

Hello, can you confirm you are running the ITA 9.3.9 desktop client, and can you send a screenshot of your ITA licenses view?

Please post this inquiry to support@ecostruxureit.com and can you please add your entire application.log and .log files from your Mac? Please don't post log files to this forum.

The log file should be in this folder: ~/.isxo/[Version]/Operations/application.log and there may also be a file called ~/.isxo/[Version]/Operations/.metadata/.log

Thanks for the info,

I can reproduce it as well, it's a bug! 
It appears in ITA 9.3.11 desktop client fails to load when only ITA base licenses are present.
We have captured this in our backlogs, expected to be fixed as soon as possible (likely in 9.3.12 release by end of May).
