Hi support team,
In continuation of topic where, according to System requirements for the Gateway:
EcoStruxure IT Gateway was tested on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Server 2012 SP1, and Server 2016; Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7; and CentOS 7. The application takes 800MB of disk space, and the server retains a maximum of 8 days of data, about 128MB per day.
But in fact, the gateway software version 1.4.3.9 and the latest version 1.5.0.66 only keeps the sensor history for 3 days.
Is this a bug or inaccuracy in the system requirements?
Very thanks for the support.

Hi spezialist,
This is in fact a bug as you noticed. The Gateway is storing the full 8 days of data within its database. There is a bug in the client to server interaction where it only requests 3 days when looking at history as you noticed. We plan to address this in a release early next year. It's worth noting that this does not affect the Gateway's storage requirements or have any impact on how data is sent to and persisted within the EcoStruxure IT cloud servers.
Thanks,
Brian Behbehani

Dear Brian Behbehani,
Thanks for the detailed answer.
I understand that the gateway server actually stores historical data for a period of 8 days. Therefore, we will wait for the new software release with the fix of this bug to make sure that everything works fine (after all, 3 days is an extremely small period of time).
Very thanks for the support.
