The fact is that the mobile app EcoStruxure IT, at least for Android, does not have any session timeout. This is the first time I've heard about this.

What is the version of your mobile app?

The Mobile App isn't timing out. The EcoStruxure IT App on my laptop (PC) is.

I somehow did not think about it... In that case, I think you need to look for a way to automatically update the web-page for your browser (which browser are you using?).

Although it is not a fact, that it will help you. After all, the session timeout can be counted from the moment of the last mouse click, for example.

Yes, the web-page of the EcoStruxure IT management portal. We plan on keeping this up 24/7/365 on a big screen monitor that we have near our group. We will be using either Microsoft IE or Google Chrome. I don't know if Schneider Electric has a preference.

There is no such configuration on the EcoStruxure IT management portal (I also never heard or seen about it).

Therefore, or try different plugins to automatically update web-pages in the browser. Or use the web-page not of the EcoStruxure IT management portal, but your EcoStruxure IT Gateway. The latter option is simpler and does not have a session timeout. And there will also be real time information about alerts and warnings.
