I am trying to add the Network port details/properties, but Unable to add the Network Ports to Generic Layer 2 Network Gear on ITA 9.5.2. As you can see in the below screen shot, the window does not allow me to expand to view and add the new properties. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Hi Bala,
I made a small mistake in my initial steps, change the override scaling behavior to system instead of application, a similar issue with this fix is documented in this thread

another way to test this would be to edit you display resolution settings and set scaling to 100%, then relaunch ITA and it should work correctly. I'm sorry you can't just resize the window like you would with a regular windows application, but that dialogue doesn't have regular windows size settings and is fixed.

Hi Bala,
That is most likely related to your desktop display settings and scaling being set over 100%. You can set the ITA client to ignore this setting if you edit the shortcut or EcoStruxure IT Advisor.exe properties ->compatibility->change high dpi settings-> and check override high DPI scaling behavior

Thank you @ATrabert for your response! I tried your suggestion, but the same problem seems to be there. As you can see in the attached screen shots, I am not able to expand the window of the network properties to add the required networks ports. I tried different laptop, and the situation is better. However, I am not able to expand to enter or add new network properties. Please refer the attached screen shots. Am I doing something wrong? or Is this related to screen resolution? In any case, shouldn't be an option to expand the window size of the network properties pop-up? Why there is no option to expand the properties window when move over my cursor on the options? Thanks for your time in looking in to this request.
