Can i upgrade from 9.1.0 or i need a clean installation with a backup to upgrade to this last release ?

You can browse to https://ecostruxureit.com/ and click the "submit a ticket" button or email support@ecostruxureit.com to request the ITA 9.1.4 download links.
It is helpful if you provide your support contract id so the team can validate an active support contract.
In regards to the update, if you are already running ITA 9.1.0 or newer, you can directly upgrade to ITA 9.1.4 using webmin and the checksum file for the iso image provided on the download page. The upgrading section of this page describes the process of using webmin to upgrade your installation.

This function isn't currently on our roadmap, however I have documented it in our backlog for us to take a look at and possibly prioritize.

Thanks, Cyrielle. Like others in the IT industry, we are trying to "Do More with Less" and thus reducing our support overhead costs. Not having to engage our IT Support to install the software or having it necessary for our users to have admin rights to install it is a significant benefit, especially with so many of our users and technicians working remotely.
