We recently upgraded our internet facing proxy servers, all rules were copied over from the old and the proxy server details updated in DCE. When I test the proxy I get "The HTTP proxy test has succeeded" but when i go to EcoStruxure, Registration I get errors. As a test We have changed the proxy rule to allow any, any from the DCE server IP so there should be no issue but we are still not able to register or force updates to the gateway. Are there any logs I can look at to try and work out whats going on?

Dear Andrew,
Here are my suggestions:
Please make sure that DNS Primary, Secondary IP address and domain name are entered correctly on DCE software under Administration Settings-Network. DCE connects to https://us.struxureon.com which resolves one of these IP addresses: 40.84.62.190 or 23.99.90.28
In order to verify if DNS works on your DCE, login to DCE web client
http://DCE IP address/nbc/status/Status
You should have the result as follows. If not, then you need to verify your DNS details.
If DNS works fine, then check the following
DCE uses an outbound connection through Port 443, and only communicates to EcoStruxure IT cloud using 40.84.62.190 and 23.99.90.28. Please check with your IT team and see if any firewall apart from proxy blocking the DCE to reach EcoStruxure IT Cloud.
Some application layer firewalls (e.g. zScaler) replaces the TLS certificate used for HTTPS communication. Please make sure the firewall certificate is installed on the server.

If you still face an issue, then I request you to download the capture logs and share them to me.
To gather the log files browse to http://
Input user credentials.
When the page loads click on "Create Server Log Archive"
After the process is completed download the log files.
Is your DCE running on your VM or Is it DCE server purchased from SE?
May I know the MAC address of DCE which can be found under DCE desktop client help--About?
