Hello
I have ITAdvisor 9.5.1. Its connected to our mail. When we open work order we get mail about it. What do i have to do to get email when i have Severity : Error/critical Alarms

Hi Mosheshiper,
In ITA, email feature is basically used for workorders and when a user created (or changed password by admin user).
Critical errors/alarms (from the integrated external system like DC) will be displayed in ITA, but there is no way ITA can send email(s) about them. You would need to use the email feature that may be supported on the external system (DCE) itself.
ITA can be discovered and monitored by DCE. So, alarms related to the ITA sever can also be notified by DCE. The following article describes the supported SNMP status codes in ITA:
