I have installed four door status on emergency door. These devices are connected with Sensor pod 150. Main module is rack monitor 570. when alarms (door open or close) are generate on rack monitor. This alarm does not shows on DCE software.

Can you confirm which door switch sensors you are using?
What version of BotzWare are you on? What version of DCE are you on?
Can you see the alerts in the NetBotz web interface or in Advanced View?
Are other alerts, such as environmental alerts, from the NetBotz seen on the DCE?

Part no of door switch NBE0302
Rack monitor model 570, Application version (V4_4_0_20140827-1358) (V4_6_1_20170620_1400) ,
DCE version 7.4.1,
All alerts appear in Advance view including these door sensors. All other alerts are appeare in DCE except Door sensor.
one door sensor is appeare on DCE, which is connected with this rack monitor (V4_6_1_20170620_1400).
Other 4 door sensor are not appeare on dce which are connected with this (V4_4_0_20140827-1358).

Hi Shoaib,
You should upgrade the Botzware on the 570 appliance to the latest 4.6.2 version, which is available here. Make sure to upgrade the Advanced View application as well.
You should also upgrade you DCE to the latest 7.5.0 version. You will need to contact your local Technical Support in order to validate your software support contract and get the upgrade link.
If you still have an issue after the upgrades let me know.
