Hi,
We have In Row cooling ACRD602 & ACRD602P which is showing device sensors and sensors value (when you go for View device sensors) but not showing Device Alarm data in Device Alarm Configuration.
Please advise how to get the Device Alarm Data from the INROW units in Device Alarm Configuration page.
Thanks
Shemil

Dear shemilusman,
Please specify the version of the DCE software and the name/version of the DDF-file, that is used in this case.
In addition, if you obtain this DDF-file from the Device Support resource, I recommend that you check whether there is an updated version of this DDF-file.
With respect.
