I have posted (SNMP DDF Request Form for Stulz WIB) two week ago. But still there is no response from apc side . Is there any way to contact the apc forum regarding this DDF .

This is not that unusual. You do not receive acknowledgement that the request has been received, and will probably only hear from APC/Schneider when the DDF is complete or they need more information. At the moment waiting more than 4-5 weeks is not unusual.
You can try chasing them by putting a comment in the request you made from the My My Device Requests section of the site. (on the help.ecostruxureit.com site click on your name and choose "My device requests")

Hi, If this is for WIB 8000, then there is a ddf file, but you have to enter wib into search.
Search engine is very bad on the site

Hi Shoaib Maqsood, there is a Stulz WIB SNMP file available for download. Is that what you need or is it something else?
You can find the file in Device Support by searching "WIB" and clicking the "Files to download" button.
Please let me know if this is not the file you need.

Hi Shoaib Maqsood,
I believe you need a DDF for EcoStruxure IT Gateway, but we currently only have one for Data Center Expert, and therefore we need to create this file. I also believe there now has been a response directly to your request. I apologize for the lack of response until this point. Thank you for your patience as we work through a large backlog.

Issue is not resolved. Because when we upload the file into DCE (which i have download the device support of ecostruxure ). WIB800 goes into failure (status). So that why i have send the file for DDF. I have installed Data center Expert version 7.4.1. Now i want to see the status of WIB8000 in DCE under show sensor value. Please do something for resolving this issue.
